Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and driving sales through proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and effective merchandising. The role involves assisting customers with their purchasing needs, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting daily store operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
• Answer customer inquiries accurately and enthusiastically.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Store Operations

• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
• Assist in stocking, replenishing, and arranging merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies.
• Support inventory counts and basic stock management activities.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed according to company standards.

Brand Representation

• Represent the company professionally and uphold the brand's image and values at all times.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Administrative and Other Duties

• Assist with opening and closing store procedures when required.
• Participate in company training programs and product knowledge sessions.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Nine (9) working hours per day, including lunch, depending on assigned shifts.
• Six (6) working days per week with one (1) rest day.
• Overtime work may be required based on management instructions and will be compensated in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
• Deployment at Robinsons Ermita branch.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
