Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with jewelry purchases, custom orders, repairs, and special requests.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Learn and stay informed on jewelry products, gemstones, and industry trends.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation.
• Support marketing efforts, promotions, and special events.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a self-motivated work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing fashion and jewelry trends.
• Flexible and dependable with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Jewelry industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
