Sales Associate

Gulf to Lake Marine & Trailers is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to help customers find the right boat or trailer for their needs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering product questions, showcasing boats and trailers, following up with potential buyers, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. Interested candidates should possess 5+ years of sales experience, a track record of improving efficiency and company profit, organizational skills, and a winning attitude!

He or she will accomplish company objectives by using established sales procedures, implementing advertising and marketing strategies, as well as assisting with administrative and inventory tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to build relationships and close sales
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed short-term and long-term sales goals
• Previous sales experience required
• Knowledge of boats, trailers, and the marine industry is a plus

Pay consists of commission, plus performance incentives/annual bonus. Benefits include: vacation time, 401(k) match, employee purchase program, and more.
