Sales Associate – Crunch Fitness FriscoFrisco, TX · Full-time · $14–$15/hr + commission

At Crunch Fitness Frisco, our sales team is the engine of the club. Every membership, every new member, every record month starts with them. We're hiring sales associates who are hungry to produce, love to compete, and want to build a real career in management.

This is not a front desk role. You won't be waiting for people to walk in. You'll be on the floor, on the phone, and out in the community making things happen.

What your day looks like

• Turning walk-ins, leads, and referrals into new members
• Leading tours that sell the experience, not just the price
• Building your own pipeline through calls, texts, follow-ups, and local outreach
• Handling objections with confidence and asking for the sale every time
• Tracking your numbers and pushing to beat them daily, weekly, and monthly
• Competing alongside a team that holds each other to a high standard

What it takes

• A competitive mindset. Second place bothers you
• Strong communication and the confidence to talk to anyone
• Drive to create opportunities instead of waiting for them
• Coachability: you take feedback and turn it into results
• Reliability, energy, and a positive attitude every shift
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Sales experience is a plus, but drive matters more than a résumé
