Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and available promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software, including handling cash drawers and performing cash management tasks
• Maintain accurate records of sales, data entry, and customer interactions to ensure seamless operations
• Support retail lending activities by assisting with loan processing and collections when applicable
• Manage retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a focus on customer service excellence
• Familiarity with banking or financial services processes, including loan collections and processing
• Strong basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and data entry tasks
• Proficiency in using financial software systems and 10-key typing for efficient transaction processing
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and provide clear product information
• Ability to handle cash drawer operations accurately while maintaining security protocols
• Knowledge of retail lending procedures, cash management practices, and cashiering standards
