WHAT YOU’LL DO

📞 Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

🎯 Work toward assigned monthly sales and enrolment targets

📚 Promote Glück Global’s German language courses and related services

💬 Understand customer needs and explain suitable programs and services

📈 Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions

🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and customers

💡 Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally

💳 Guide interested customers through the sales and enrolment process

📝 Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and conversions

📊 Track daily sales activities and report progress against targets

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

TARGET & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

✅ Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrolment targets

✅ Maintain consistent daily calls and lead follow-ups

✅ Convert prospective customers into paying customers and enrolments

✅ Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads

✅ Maintain accurate CRM/Google Sheets records

✅ Meet agreed call, follow-up, and conversion KPIs

✅ Contribute to individual and team revenue goals

Performance will be evaluated based on sales conversions, enrolments, follow-up consistency, customer engagement, and achievement of assigned targets.

✅ Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email, and online tools

✅ Experience in sales, telesales, business development, customer service, or lead conversion is an added advantage
