Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to support sales operations, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and machine operators. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to implement referral marketing initiatives, assist with operator onboarding, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential clients to grow the business.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on referral marketing activities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations online and onsite.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and machine operators.
• Assist in processing sales transactions and coordinate proper turnover to machine operators.
• Onboard new operators and guide them through the sales process.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide product information and sales support to clients and operators.
• Ensure compliance with company sales programs and procedures.
• Attend client visits, sales conventions, and other business events as needed.

About you

• College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct onsite client visits and attend sales events when required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
