Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to customers
• Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and enhance shopping flow
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining professionalism
• Use strong communication skills to explain technical product details in an understandable way
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization

Requirements

• Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and POS operations
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Basic math skills for cash handling, transactions, and inventory counts
• Ability to multitask efficiently while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail tools such as POS systems, merchandising techniques, and cash registers is a plus
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to upselling and exceeding sales goals
