We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience as well as providing information on products to better help customers suit their needs. We also offer monthly incentive packages. This would be the perfect job for a college student as we offer flexible hours and there is enough downtime to study.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable product information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the supervising staff by assisting with training new employees when necessary.
• Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage cash effectively.
• Engage in effective communication with customers, utilizing phone etiquette when handling calls.
• Promote a positive shopping environment through excellent customer service practices.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in retail sales or vape shop environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
• Experience with product infor action to engage customers effectively.
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
