Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Senior High School is welcome to apply
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel or do fieldwork as required.
• willing to report in Makati, Taguig or any part of Metro Manila

Position Overview

The Sales Personnel is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell products/services to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
