Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and purchases.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

• Meet individual and store sales targets.

• Share customer feedback and market trends with management.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations.

• Adhere to company policies, schedules, and break times.

• Report any emergency incidents to the immediate manager.

Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
