Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Associate will work directly with the Japanese Sales Manager and be responsible for driving sales growth within the local market. The primary focus of this position is outbound sales through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the firm's consulting services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the Japanese Sales Manager when needed.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Monitor local market trends and identify potential target clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• FRESH GRADUATES are welcome!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong confidence in conducting cold calls and outreach activities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales manager.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Familiarity with the local market and business environment is preferred.

Compensation

• PHP20,000 per month + 5% commission for all sales generated
