About the role

A retail sales position responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries and purchases, and supporting store operations. The role involves recommending products based on customer needs, processing transactions, maintaining inventory and displays, and handling customer concerns professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences
• Meet sales targets and support store promotions
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
• Replenish stocks and maintain clean, organized product displays
• Monitor inventory and report low stocks or damaged items
• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the supervisor
• Follow store policies and procedures

About you

• At least a Senior High School graduate or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, approachable, and sales-oriented
• Basic math skills; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work well with a team
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
