Responsibilities:

• Help clients secure life insurance policies that fit their needs and budget
• Educate and guide clients through the application process
• Work with top insurance carriers to find the best coverage options
• Build and grow your own client base and referral network
• Maintain licensing and stay up to date on industry trends

Qualifications:
✔ Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license
✔ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable using technology
✔ Sales experience is a plus but not required – training provided
✔ Must be 18 or older

Compensation:

• Commission-based (average first-year earnings: $75K–$150K, with top earners exceeding $300K)
• Performance bonuses and incentive trips available
