Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling whole house water purification systems and reverse osmosis (RO) units that purify every tap in a home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers improve their water quality and possess excellent communication skills to explain product benefits effectively. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop sales skills while providing valuable solutions to clients.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers to understand their water purification needs and educate them on the benefits of whole house water filtration systems and RO units.
• Demonstrate product features, including how the systems purify every tap in a home, ensuring customers understand the value and functionality of the solutions offered.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate water purification products based on their specific requirements and preferences.
• Conduct product presentations, answer questions, and address any concerns to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the market.
• Support store or showroom organization, including product displays and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical products such as whole house water purification systems and RO units.
• A genuine interest in helping customers improve their home environment through water quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records.
