Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and performing retail math calculations
• Assist customers with retail lending options, such as financing or loan collections when applicable
• Maintain organized product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and tidy
• Utilize retail software for data entry, sales processing, and inventory management
• Handle cash management duties efficiently, including cashiering and processing cash transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and data entry tasks
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively and work well within a team
• Ability to perform cashiering duties including 10 key typing and processing cash transactions accurately
• Experience in banking or financial services can be advantageous but is not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
