Whether you already have experience in the industry or you're looking for the opportunity to take your first real step into real estate sales, we're looking for the right person, attitude and work ethic.

THE ROLE

Working alongside our experienced sales team, you'll be involved in all aspects of the sales process while building the skills, knowledge and relationships needed to grow your own career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with buyer enquiries and follow-up
• Conducting and assisting with open homes and private inspections
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Prospecting and database management
• Following up potential sellers and sales opportunities
• Assisting with property marketing and sales campaigns
• Supporting agents throughout the listing and sales process
• Attending appointments, inspections and community/networking opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service from first enquiry through to settlement

Previous real estate or sales experience would be an advantage, but attitude, drive and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential. The successful applicant will also need to hold, or be willing to obtain, the appropriate Queensland real estate registration.
