Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, confident and sales-driven Sales Associate to promote our beauty products and treatment packages while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products and treatments
• Promote treatment packages, memberships, products and ongoing promotions
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and sales
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product/treatment information
• Assist with appointment bookings and basic store operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional sales environment
• Work closely with the beauty team to ensure a smooth customer experience

About you

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, retail, beauty, skincare or customer service is preferred
• Strong interest in beauty and skincare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic and target-oriented
• Willing to learn about beauty products, treatments and sales techniques
• Singapore beauty/retail sales experience will be an advantage
