About The Role

As Sales Associate to Oliver Jonker, you'll become an integral part of a fast-paced and high-performing sales business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Database management and client follow-up
• Conducting prospecting activities and lead generation
• Assisting with buyer and seller management
• Coordinating property campaigns and open homes
• Attending listing presentations and sales appointments
• Supporting negotiations and contract administration
• Building strong relationships within the local community
• Learning every aspect of a successful real estate sales business

This role is designed for someone who wants to eventually become a leading sales agent and is prepared to put in the work required to get there.
