Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting company products, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and maintaining the showroom's presentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.

* Promote and sell mattresses, beds, pillows, bedding accessories, and other company products.

* Explain product features, specifications, quality, and pricing to customers.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

* Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

* Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

* Coordinate with the store, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and daily activities.

* Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and new products.

* Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is an advantage.

* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

* Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
