Sales Associate

Need A Bin Inc. is a Canadian company providing full-service hook lift disposal bin rentals, demolition services, material deliveries and junk removal. We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Work Schedule: 4 Day Work Week, Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
• Receive, process, and manage sales orders accurately
• Communicate with dispatch regarding same-day orders and customer requests
• Maintain and update customer and sales information in databases efficiently
• Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times
• Answer customer questions and provide logical solutions
• Record and track information as needed
• Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new services to customers
• Manage overdue invoices and follow up with customers as required
• Connect with customers to request Google reviews and feedback
• Perform general administrative duties and office tasks as they arise
• Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Achieve individual and team sales goals daily, weekly and monthly
• Follow up on customer leads and inquiries promptly
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the construction and/or waste management industry is an asset
• Strong professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer applications, including database management and order processing

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
