What they need
- Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, bid boards (e.g., Dodge, ConstructConnect, BuildingConnected) and industry events
- Make outreach calls, send emails and schedule meetings for senior leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, developers, architects and GCs
- Track leads, contacts and opportunities in the CRM and keep the pipeline current
- Help prepare proposals, qualification packages, RFP responses and capability statements
- Coordinate with estimating and operations on bid deadlines and project scope
- Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings (ABC, AGC, NAIOP, BOMA) and networking events
- Research market trends, competitors and upcoming projects in the region
- Support marketing efforts: project case studies, website content, social media and email campaigns
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
