Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with restocking shelves as needed
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly to customers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression
• Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and retail operations is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
