Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
• Provide knowledgeable advice on technology solutions and related merchandise
• Handle transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize sales opportunities
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
• Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining organizational standards

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
• Proven experience in retail sales, especially in technology or electronics sectors
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
• Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
• Excellent organizational skills for merchandising, inventory management, and time management
• Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is preferred
• Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining a positive shopping experience
• Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and basic technical sales techniques
