Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections to meet their needs.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and performing cash management duties.
• Conduct retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions to ensure precise transactions.
• Utilize retail software for data entry, inventory updates, and sales tracking to maintain accurate records.
• Support retail lending activities by assisting with loan processing, collections, and related documentation.
• Handle cashiering responsibilities such as processing cash, credit card payments, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a retail store environment or financial services setting.
• Familiarity with banking procedures, loan collections, and retail lending processes is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing accuracy.
• Experience with data entry using financial software or point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash drawer handling.
• Knowledge of retail store operations such as cash management, cashiering, and inventory procedures is desirable.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
