About Us
LND Sign Corp is a commercial signage manufacturer with about 15 years in the industry. We produce large-format signage and UV printing and service LED and acrylic signs for businesses across Metro Manila. We’re growing and need an organized, proactive person to support our sales team.

The Role
You’ll keep our sales process running smoothly, from the first client inquiry to the finished job. You’ll prepare quotations, follow up with clients, coordinate with production, and make sure no lead or payment gets missed.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to inquiries from Facebook, email, phone, and walk-ins
• Prepare quotations and proposals using our price list and costing guide
• Follow up on sent quotes and pending client approvals
• Coordinate artwork approvals between clients and our design team
• Schedule site visits, measurements, and installations
• Keep client records and the sales pipeline updated
• Send job status updates to clients and handle simple concerns
• Follow up on billing and collections
• Help prepare sales reports and materials

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
• Background in signage, printing, advertising, or construction is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. Accuracy matters in quotes.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, email, and messaging apps
• Clear, courteous communication in English and Filipino, both written and spoken
• Able to handle multiple clients and deadlines at once
• Proactive: follows up without being reminded

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
