Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Engage customers through active sales techniques, promoting retail offerings and financial products such as retail lending options
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and 10-key typing systems, ensuring proper cash drawer handling and cash management
• Maintain precise records of sales, data entry, and customer interactions using financial software and retail systems
• Support loan processing and collections by providing information on financial services, loan options, or repayment procedures
• Handle retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals with accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to a positive store environment by delivering excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or retail store experience is highly preferred
• Basic math skills combined with proficiency in data entry and cash handling are essential
• Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
• Experience with loan collections, loan processing, or retail lending is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to operate financial software systems confidently and perform cash drawer balancing accurately
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour
