Sales Associate

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Union Vape Co., responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll guide customers through product selections, educate them on devices and e-liquids, and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales
• Engage customers proactively and confidently recommend products
• Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and preferences
• Product Knowledge
• Maintain a strong understanding of vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories
• Stay up to date on new products, trends, and industry developments
• Educate customers clearly and honestly to help them make informed decisions
• Customer Experience
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and approachable environment
• Build rapport with both new and returning customers
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and positivity
• Store Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines

Bonus (Not Required, But Valued)

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Knowledge or experience within the vaping industry

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
