Retail Associate / Customer Service Associate

The UPS Store is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and learning new skills, we’d love to meet you.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time career or a part-time opportunity, we provide paid training and the chance to develop valuable customer service, printing, shipping, and business service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Process domestic and international shipments.
• Pack customer items safely and professionally.
• Operate cash register and accurately process payments.
• Print, copy, scan, fax, and complete a variety of print projects.
• Assist customers with mailbox services, notary services (if commissioned), and other business services.
• Recommend products and services that best fit customer needs.
• Answer phones and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Retail, shipping, printing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday availability
