We’re looking for dependable, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver a welcoming, professional retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product information and general inquiries.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
• Receive, organize and maintain inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment.
• Follow all age-verification, security and cannabis retail compliance procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
• Comfortable learning retail technology and inventory systems.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Cannabis retail experience and CannSell certification are assets; candidates willing to complete required training are welcome to apply.
