Job Overview

Northway Automotive is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, and financing options.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging.
• Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records using dealership software.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Keep the showroom and dealership areas clean and organized.
• Work with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well with a team.
• Interest in vehicles and automotive sales is a plus.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
