Sales Associate

Anytime Fitness The Woodlands is a family owned and operated club. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! A good candidate for this role enjoys working in a health club environment, has a friendly and outgoing personality, and genuinely cares about helping others. The Sales and Operations Assistant is responsible for welcoming guests and members in the gym, scheduling consultations, facilitating tours, membership sales, onboarding, and day-to-day routine tasks. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, ability to collaborate and communicate, and maintain premium customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Membership Sales —We use a friendly, non-aggressive approach to membership sales. Our goal is to help prospects overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness journey. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. You are hired to inspire.

Member Experience — The most important aspect of all! We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional! Does your club rock? Do your members love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers? Do you have this effect on people? Building great culture in the club and making members feel supported in their fitness journey is a top priority.

Club Operations —This role is responsible for assisting club operations such as routine tasks that include daily cleaning, social media marketing, inventory management and other administrative duties.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Part time 20+ hours week
• Excellent customer service skills
• Available to work flexible hours [afternoons, evenings, weekends]
• Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends
• Strong written and oral communication skills (phone, email, face to face)
• Strong passion for health and wellness preferred
• Sales experience is a PLUS not required

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
