About the Opportunity

Dick Dyer & Associates is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our Two Notch Road location in Columbia, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career representing two prestigious automotive brands, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo Cars, while growing with an established, family-owned and operated dealership.

As we prepare for our move to our new property on Jamil Road in 2027, we're looking for individuals who want to be part of our continued growth and contribute to the next chapter of the Dick Dyer legacy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized sales experience.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up.
• Learn and present Mercedes-Benz and Volvo vehicles, including their features, technology, and benefits.
• Assist customers in identifying vehicles that best fit their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation to delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and available sales and financing programs.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management to achieve dealership goals.
• Represent Dick Dyer & Associates with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
