Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management software
• Handle cash drawer operations, including balancing at the start and end of shifts
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products, services, and financial offerings such as retail lending options
• Conduct data entry for customer accounts, loan processing, and loan collections with precision
• Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of retail store products, financial services, and current promotions to enhance customer experience

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is highly desirable
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and basic accounting tasks
• Ability to perform data entry efficiently using 10 key typing skills and financial software applications
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and explain financial products clearly
• Experience with loan collections, processing cash transactions, and cashiering procedures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and retail math
