Sales Associate

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-first Used Car Sales Consultant who understands that great sales don’t end when the deal is done. This role is for someone who can close today’s buyer and consistently build tomorrow’s pipeline

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional, people-first customer experience from first contact to delivery and beyond
• Guide customers through a structured sales process and funnel—from inquiry to appointment to sale
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, not just one-time transactions
• Proactively follow up with leads days, weeks, and months out to secure future sales
• Actively hunt for new business through phone calls, appointments, referrals, and repeat customers
• Manage your own pipeline and understand the difference between today’s buyer and the buyer a month away
• Work closely with management to match customers with the right vehicle and financing options
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and listening skills
• A genuine passion for customer service and relationship-based selling
• Ability to self-generate business and stay disciplined with follow-up
• Comfort with phone calls, in-person conversations, and appointment setting
• Sales experience in automotive is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more
• Organized, coachable, and goal-driven
• Someone who understands that consistency creates income
