Duties

• Support customers with banking-related inquiries such as account information or basic loan processing when applicable
• Maintain knowledge of retail math principles to ensure proper pricing, discounts, and inventory management
• Handle cash register operations efficiently, including 10 key typing and basic math calculations
• Promote additional sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize store revenue

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Basic math skills including cash handling, retail math, and familiarity with financial software tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and answer customer questions confidently
• Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including 10 key typing tasks and cash management procedures
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
