Good Time Outdoors is looking for a dependable, motivated Sales Associate with prior sales experience and above-average knowledge of firearms. If you enjoy helping customers, know your products, and have the drive to close sales, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers select firearms, accessories, and outdoor products that fit their needs.
• Explain product features and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Build customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Work toward sales goals and recommend related products.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, pricing, and merchandise displays.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Follow store procedures for firearm safety, sales, and required paperwork.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior sales experience, preferably in firearms, sporting goods, or outdoor retail.
• Above-average knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence working with both experienced firearm owners and first-time buyers.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
• A team player who takes initiative and follows through.
• Must be available to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule.

Employment Requirements

• Must have no felony convictions.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Pay: Hourly pay plus commission, with the opportunity to earn more through your sales performance.
