Salary: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour + commission & bonuses

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage prospective and current members, present our recovery services, and help individuals achieve their health goals through membership solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with prospective and current members in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct tours of the facility and explain our recovery modalities
• Understand member needs and recommend suitable membership packages
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events
• Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $18.50 - $20.50/hr
• Performance-based commissions bi-weekly
• Bonuses paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
