Sales Associate

Tempest Elite Group is growing in Marietta, and we're hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Associates. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, customer relations, and account management.

No previous sales experience is required! We provide personalized training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and succeed in a client-facing sales environment.

As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with prospective and existing customers and businesses throughout the Marietta and greater Atlanta area. You'll learn how to identify customer needs, present products and services, recommend solutions, and build lasting customer relationships while supporting our company's sales and business growth.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Present products, services, promotions, and available options
• Build positive relationships with customers and clients
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Assist with new customer accounts and service enrollments
• Follow up with prospective customers and sales opportunities
• Support daily customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

Sales Associate Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No previous sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Availability to work full-time in Marietta, GA
• Reliable transportation for local, in-person work
