ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVES WANTED

Experienced roofers and closers — this is your opportunity to get in early and grow with us.

We’re looking for hungry, motivated roofing sales reps/door knockers who know how to talk to homeowners, run adjuster meetings, fight for insurance approvals, and CLOSE DEALS.

We are a newer roofing company, and that means REAL OPPORTUNITY for the right people. We’re building our team now and looking for people who want to grow with the company instead of being just another number.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

• 12%–17% total contract commission
• Monthly performance incentives
• Quarterly bonuses
• High earning potential for producers who can sell

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Roofing sales experience preferred
• Comfortable knocking doors and generating leads
• Experience speaking with homeowners
• Experience meeting with insurance adjusters
• Ability to navigate and fight insurance claims
• Strong closing skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• COACHABLE and willing to learn
• Someone who wants to build something, not just collect a paycheck

FLEXIBILITY

• Full-time or part-time
• Manage your own schedule
• Work Monday–Sunday on the days that work best for you
• 1099 Independent Contractor
