Job Overview:
The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Engage customers through confident communication, strong product knowledge, and genuine service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation in line with merchandising standards.
• Monitor and report stock levels, discrepancies, and assist with inventory management.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and team initiatives.
• Adhere to store policies and contribute to efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or College level.
• At least 6 months of experience in retail sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, goal-oriented, and a proactive team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
