Sales Associate - Entry-Level

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in sales.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling auto glass products and installation services, assisting customers with their needs, generating sales, and providing an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through completion of the sale.

Compensation:

$800 - $1,200 per week

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
• Promote and sell auto glass products and installation services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, installation, and scheduling.
• Prepare estimates and sales quotes.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers to generate new business.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure customer orders are completed efficiently.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of auto glass products, services, and procedures.
