Sales Associate - Luxury

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Promote and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Handle store operations, billing, and customer queries.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well presented.
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, Watches, Perfumes, Accessories , or related products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales and target-driven mindset.
• Experience in store operations and inventory management.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate within the UAE .

Compensation

• Salary: AED 3,000 + Commission
• Commission: Applicable upon achieving monthly sales targets.
