Sales Associate (Luxury Watches)

Job Description:

• Provide product recommendations and presentations to customers while achieving sales targets.
• Deliver professional customer service and create excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and other relevant details.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop a loyal customer base and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain product displays and ensure accurate and organized stock management.
• Prepare sales-related and customer service documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store and uphold the brand image and standards.
• Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in watch sales or luxury retail sales.
• Strong passion for customer service with good sales skills.
• Excellent personality, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong product presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Able to work 6 days per week and work according to department store operating hours.
