Team Steenberg | Barfoot & Thompson Millwater is expanding, and we're looking for 3–4 driven Sales Associates to join us.

With 30+ listings, 19 currently on the market and the wider Barfoot & Thompson network behind you, there’s plenty of opportunity to work buyers and close deals across the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for people who live locally and know the North Shore or Hibiscus Coast well.

The Opportunity:

• 30+ listings, with 19 currently on the market
• Residential, development & new-build stock
• Access to wider Barfoot & Thompson listings and buyer enquiries
• Run open homes, follow up buyers and arrange viewings
• Match buyers with properties and write offers
• Work alongside Rick to negotiate and close deals

How we work:

Consistency creates results.

From 9.00 am on scheduled days, be in the office doing productive work or out meeting clients. You’ll have a dedicated day off, with flexibility around evenings and weekends as needed.

Treat real estate as a full-time career — be consistent, follow up and put in the work.

• Motivated, confident and great with people
• Consistent with buyer follow-up and prospecting
• Coachable, willing to learn and ready to work
• Team-focused with a strong work ethic
• Experience is an advantage, but attitude and consistency matter most

Important: This is a commission-only real estate sales position. There is no base salary, with earnings based on performance.
