Sales Associate (NCR)

About the role

The Sales Associate (Retail) will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
• Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
• Expand customer reach across different social media forums
• Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed

About you

• Graduate of BS Business Management major in Marketing Management or similar are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with consumer electronics or lifestyle technology products, including but not limited to gadgets, smart-home devices, and mobile technology is an advantage.
• Experience as a Customer-Facing Sales Representative or Product Specialist is an advantage.
• Good to Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 30 WPM typing speed and has good chat etiquette.
• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Metro Manila Area (e.g. Alabang, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Manila, North Edsa, San Juan, Manila etc.).

Working Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 12 NN to 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
