Sales Associate, OTC Derivatives

We are seeking two highly motivated and fast-learning Sales Associates to join our expanding team. In the initial phase, you will work closely with senior sales experts, supporting business development and client services. This role offers a clear career path with hands-on training from senior experts. As you master the business, you will gradually take on independent KPIs and transition into a Sales Manager

Job Duties

1.     Business Development & Client Service

1)     Support senior sales in market expansion, assist with client meetings, product presentations, and daily relationship management.

2)     Act as the liaison between clients and internal middle office/execution teams to coordinate ,follow up and ensure the smooth client onboarding process.

2.     Compliance & Middle Office Liaison

1)   Liaise with the middle office/compliance teams to understand internal risk and compliance standards, ensuring all front-office sales activities and client onboarding documents strictly adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines.

2)   Assist senior sales in tracking client transaction intentions and promptly pass business requirements to the middle office team for subsequent execution and product implementation.

3.     Transition to Independent Sales

Transition from sales support to an independent sales role by hitting phased learning and sales goals, eventually taking on your own KPIs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or OTC derivatives middle/back office roles within financial institutions. Solid interest in OTC Derivatives products is a strong plus.
• Possession of SFC Type 1 (Securities Trading) or Type 4 (Securities Advisory) license is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and resilience under pressure, with proven ability to identify client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
• Existing client network with hedge funds, securities firms, or institutional clients is preferred.
