Sales Associate / PA

About the role

This is a rare entry-level opportunity to work directly alongside experienced staff members, supporting a fast-paced sales business while learning the fundamentals of high-performance real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Open homes, buyer follow-up, and database/CRM management
• Campaign coordination (marketing, photography, timelines, paperwork)
• Preparing for listing presentations, vendor meetings and appraisals
• Auction support (onsite & in-room)
• Maintaining a premium client experience across every touchpoint

About you

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or currently completing)
• Strong communication (written + verbal) and confidence on the phone
• High attention to detail and reliable admin capability
• A "get it done" attitude and willingness to learn
• Saturday availability (with a mid-week RDO)
