What will you actually be doing?
You’ll represent well-known Australian organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition and campaigns, speaking with members of the public and building genuine connections.

You’ll learn how to:

• Build rapport quickly with different types of people
• Communicate clearly and persuasively
• Handle objections and think on your feet
• Set and achieve performance goals
