Sales Associate - Retail

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail store team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, offers and promotions.
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain product displays, stock and store cleanliness.
• Support billing and other store operations.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a retail/mall environment.
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Candidate must have experience in Apparel & related industry
• Willing to work rotational shifts.
